Hidden conditions discovered during work, such as water damage, mold, framing problems, or code-related issues, may require a change to the scope and price, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Requests & Scheduling

Submitting the Book Service form or calling us is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly. Preferred service dates are subject to availability, and we may need to reschedule because of weather, material delays, access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

When you request services, you agree to provide accurate information and to give our crew safe and reasonable access to the work area.
